“Community Action: The Power of Partnership.” We are the Five County Community Action Partnership, so partnerships are important to us. We partner with various agencies across the five county region, that are fighting poverty on the local level.

capUTAH Community Action Partnership of Utah (CAP Utah) is the statewide association for Utah’s nine Community Action Agencies. The Community Action network envisions an end to poverty in Utah.
