Each year Five County AOG submits a CSBG Annual Report to show how the agency leveraged Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and other federal, state, local, and private resources to help those falling below the 125% federal poverty guidelines to: 1) increase self-sufficiency; 2) improve living conditions; 3) increase ownership of and pride in their communities; and 4) develop strong family and support systems.
