Five County FY17 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG)
Grantee Workshop
All FY 17 CSBG Subcontractors are required to attend one of two identical grantee workshops either in person or via GoTo Meeting. This grantee workshop will address the following topics needed for a successful year:
- Overview of CSBG – history and objective
- The CSBG Need Assessment
- Utah CSBG-eligibility verification policy
- What / how to maintain client files
- Submitted monthly financial reimbursements
- Using DBA FacsPro for client intake / outcome reporting
- Monitoring
- Grievance, volunteer, and confidentiality policies
