Five County Community Action Partnership

Five County AOG is a Community Action Agency (CAA). CAAs are required to conduct a comprehensive analysis of needs and resources in their communities. This process involves collecting and analyzing data from a number of sectors and data sources – especially from those who are experiencing poverty.
